About the supplier labels
Supplier websites change, and no import is guaranteed to work on every product page. The directory is honest about that: it shows only how far each site has been tested, not that every site is a finished integration.
- Extraction tested
- The product, price and photos were read correctly from a real product page. The full import, from preview to a prepared listing, is not yet recorded, so check variants, stock and descriptions yourself.
- Partly tested
- Some of it has been seen working on real pages, but something is missing or unconfirmed. Expect to add or correct details, such as photos or the description, by hand.
- Verification evidence incomplete
- We do not yet have a complete test record for this supplier. That is not a finding that it does not work, and nothing is claimed either way: review everything it reads before you save the product.

Every plan includes the same GetSellerOS workspace. Plans differ only in how many listings and stores you can have and how many conversion credits are included. Pay yearly and the annual charge is 15% less than twelve monthly payments.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial

- Only successful publications count. A failed attempt does not, and deleting a listing does not give a publication back.
- A payment card is required. Your plan's first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- No conversion credits are included in the trial, and conversions are never free: credits are paid for.
- Private beta testers have separate access by invitation and are not part of this trial.

Common questions.
What is GetSellerOS?
GetSellerOS brings the daily work of an eBay shop into one workspace: importing supplier products, drafting and reviewing listings, estimating profit, publishing to your connected eBay store and keeping track of orders. You review and approve each step; it does not sell on its own. It is built for UK eBay sellers.
Is it only for eBay?
For now, yes, and it is built around UK eBay sellers. We plan to expand to other countries from early 2027. Vinted, Shopify and other marketplaces are not planned yet.
Is GetSellerOS available now?
It is in private beta with invited sellers. Join the waitlist and tick the email box, and we will email you when public access opens; if you leave the box unticked we will not email you. We have not set a public launch date.
How does the private beta work?
Invited testers get 30 days of free access, using the email address the invitation was sent to. This is separate from the public free trial, and its rules are unchanged. If you were invited, open the link in your invitation email. If the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes. When public access opens, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes up to 7 products published to eBay. A payment card is required, and your plan begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We have not set a public launch date.
Does joining the waitlist start my trial?
No. The waitlist is a mailing list: it does not create an account, a subscription or a trial. Once public access is open, your trial starts when you create an account, choose a plan and complete checkout.
What counts towards the 7 products?
A product counts when it has been published to eBay successfully through GetSellerOS, across all of your connected stores. A failed or declined attempt does not count. Deleting a listing does not give a publication back.
What happens when my trial reaches 7 products, or 7 days?
At 7 published products, publishing more waits until your trial ends and your plan begins; GetSellerOS tells you this before anything is sent to eBay. After 7 days the trial ends and your plan begins, with your first payment taken from your card unless you have cancelled before then.
Is anything about conversions free during the trial?
No. The free trial includes no conversion credits, and conversions are never free: credits are paid for. Amazon tracking conversion is coming soon and is not available yet.
What do the plans include?

Which suppliers can I import from?
Browse our supplier directory, with support details for each supplier. Each one carries a label: Extraction tested (title, price and photos read correctly from a real product page), Partly tested (some details work, others need adding by hand) or Verification evidence incomplete (we do not yet have a complete test record, which is not the same as not working). We have not yet recorded any supplier as fully verified from import to prepared listing, and the directory does not claim that every site is a finished integration. Check photos, variants, stock and descriptions yourself.
How do I install the Chrome extension?
During the private beta the GetSellerOS Chrome extension is installed manually, not from the Chrome Web Store, where it is not listed yet. It reads a supplier's product page only when you click it, and you review what it read before anything is saved.
Does GetSellerOS check supplier stock for me?
Not automatically. It reminds you to re-check supplier stock, and the extension can check stock when you are on the supplier's page. GetSellerOS does not watch your suppliers in the background.
Will GetSellerOS increase my sales?
We cannot promise sales, search rankings or profit. GetSellerOS is designed to save you time on preparing listings, working out your numbers and managing orders. How your listings perform on eBay depends on your products, prices and the market.
How is my email address used?
If you tick the box, we send product updates and launch news, and you can unsubscribe from any email. Messages about your account, such as an invitation or a password reset, are separate and are not affected by that choice. See our Privacy Policy.
